- Complete inside and out, top to bottom home inspection. Including: roof, yard, attic, plumbing, electrical, furnace, water heater, air conditioning, appliances, every room (ceiling, walls, floors, windows) etc.
- Water leak testing using a moisture meter and infrared camera.
- CO detection
- Gas leak detection
- Visual mold inspection
Please Note: It is highly recommended that any home built prior to 1980 be tested for asbestos and lead paint.
- I am a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and have Supra access so you never have to meet me there to let me in.
- Home Inspections and testing are VERY affordable.
- If I can't walk on the roof for the roof inspection, I will use a drone if weather permits.
- I work days and evenings Monday - Saturday. I work around you and the realtors schedule.

Meth Testing

During our meth testing training we were told that one out of every 10 homes in Utah have meth in it.
Certain levels of meth in a home can cause serious effects on you.
When Meth is ingested, it has an immediate effect on the central nervous system. You can't see or smell meth. Samples have to be taken and the test results will tell us if it is present, and how much.
Don't take a chance with your family, test to make sure it's not in your home, especially prior to purchasing a new home.

Molds have the potential to cause health problems, and can cause asthma attacks in people who are allergic to mold. It can irritate the eyes, skin, nose, throat, and lungs.
Tests identify:
- Type of mold (common or toxic)
- Mold spore count (what you are breathing)
Here's what is included in our mold inspection:
- Mold air samples which tests for mold, hyphal-like fragments, pollen, skin cells and debris.
- Water testing using a moisture meter and/or infrared camera
- Visual mold inspection
Radon Inspection

Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer, after smoking. The more elevated a home's radon level, the greater the health risk to you and your family. Smokers and former smokers are especially at high risk.

The EPA recommends testing every 2 years to confirm your radon levels are not rising.
